Gender & LGBTQ+ policy verified

Libertarian Party MLC, the first NSW Libertarian elected to Parliament (April 2023). During the Conversion Practices Ban Bill 2024 debate he moved an amendment to remove 'gender identity' from the bill, prioritising individual autonomy in choosing counselling. He said: 'We support individuals or institutions offering a counselling service that attempts to convince people that they are not same-sex attracted or that they are not transgender,' while adding he did not support practices involving 'physical assault or mental anguish' as those are already crimes. The amendment was defeated.

Nuclear & uranium verified

Introduced and moved the Uranium Mining and Nuclear Facilities (Prohibitions) Repeal Bill 2025 as a private member's bill in the NSW Legislative Council and voted AYE on its second reading on 6 May 2026, seeking to repeal NSW's 1986 ban on uranium mining and nuclear facilities. The bill passed 21–19 and was read a third time the same day.
