Yan (Member for Namatjira), a former Alice Springs Correctional Centre manager, emphasises rehabilitation and addressing root causes, stating on his CLP profile he is 'fighting as part of the CLP Team that will address root causes of crime' and that rehabilitation and skills training reduce reoffending; he also co-advocated returning youth justice to Corrections and tougher bail.
