Voted in favour of Sarah Game's bill to restrict access to late-term abortions in the Legislative Council on 17 June 2026, where it passed 10 votes to 9 before being defeated in the House of Assembly. Also voted in favour of Liberal MLC Ben Hood's 2024 private members bill on late-term abortion, which was defeated in the Legislative Council 10 votes to 9 in October 2024.

As introduced, it restricts terminations of pregnancy after 24 weeks and 6 days of gestation, with an exemption for a procedure necessary to save the woman's life. Voted against (Noe) the Voluntary Assisted Dying Bill at its final reading in the SA Legislative Council on 5 May 2021 (the bill passed 14 votes to 7). Ahead of the vote she told InDaily, 'there is clear evidence that safeguards are ignored or diluted in practice once voluntary euthanasia becomes legal... I will not be supporting the bill.'
