Stated position: As the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party member, Di Falco has prioritised firearm-related law and order, proposing in August 2025 a mandatory minimum of at least three months' imprisonment for anyone caught stealing firearms, and said of his agenda 'We're not pushing anything that's going to endanger public safety ... we're enhancing it.'
