Abortion & reproductive policy verified

Recorded vote: Tania Rattray (then Legislative Council member for Apsley, now McIntyre) voted in favour of the Reproductive Health (Access to Terminations) Bill 2013 (which decriminalised abortion). She was one of nine members who voted yes when the bill passed the Legislative Council 9 votes to 5 on 21 November 2013.
