A Latrobe Valley figure and One Nation's lead candidate for Eastern Victoria Region per Gippsland Times reporting of 4 August 2026. As the party's federal candidate for Gippsland at the May 2025 election he recorded its best result in Victoria, 14.4 per cent of the primary vote, up from 9.64 per cent in 2022; the Yallourn North booth was one of three nationwide where One Nation finished first on primaries, with one in three of its 446 voters giving him their first preference. As at 8 August 2026 no One Nation website page lists him as a 2026 state candidate; his state candidacy rests on the Gippsland Times report. [source]

Energy verified

Advocates High Efficiency Low Emissions (HELE) coal-fired power stations in a signed opinion piece (April 2025, as the party's federal Gippsland candidate), arguing they 'can be constructed in around three years, are not as expensive to build as solar, wind and nuclear'.

Environment & water verified

On entering the federal Gippsland race in February 2025 he said: 'We're pro-farmers, pro- HELE power stations, and pro-business, and we'll fight to ensure the region thrives.'
